A bit about me...
A highly experienced Sales, Marketing, Operations and Administration Support Specialist with over 20 years of expertise delivering excellent administrative and technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
Whilst the majority of my experience lies within the FMCG sector, I have also contributed across a range of other industries through my consulting experience.

I began my career in the travel and hospitality industry, working across both accounts and sales & marketing, before moving into the liquor industry with Bacardi-Martini Australia. There, I supported a team of five National Account Managers and the National Sales Director and it was an absolute blast. I ended up spending 13 years with the company, working in both Sydney and Melbourne in the Sales and Commercial teams.

Bacardi-Martini Australia
My longest and proudest chapter was with Bacardi, where I spent over a decade across multiple roles. I began as a National Accounts Coordinator in the Sydney head office before returning to Victoria as a State Sales Coordinator. I later stepped into a Commercial Operations Executive role, where I supported the national sales team by managing the technical side of our CRM, enabling efficient Key Activation Sell-In processes and driving operational excellence across the board.
Highlight: 13 years of building incredible brands such as Bacardi, Grey Goose, Bombay and Dewar's whilst working alongside exceptional people in the drinks industry.

Compliance Lab
I began at Compliance Lab as a trainee and progressed to the role of Compliance Consultant, helping businesses develop and maintain ISO 9001 certification, along with ongoing compliance across ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). This role consistently pushed me outside my comfort zone, allowing me to grow in new directions and gain highly transferrable skills that apply across industries and business types.

Mirvac Hotels & Resorts (now Accor)
I began my journey with Mirvac in Accounts Payable, where I quickly built strong cross-functional relationships across the business. This collaborative approach opened the door to my first role in Sales & Marketing, transitioning into a coordinator position that sparked my passion for client-facing work and commercial support
